Jim's collection at work (or play)

I do like to use my equipment whenever I can.  It is no fun just to let the stuff set in a line, hoping that no one touches it or that it might get scratched.  I figure that the equipment can always be repainted again someday.

Here is my RE running a burr mill at Antique Acres in Cedar Falls, IA in 2005

Here is my RC pulling 2-14s at Marshalltown.  Yes,  2-14s are a little much for a tractor rated originally at 1-16.  That is why I wanted a larger tractor to pull the plow.  Parts for the RC are too hard to come by to be overloading it.  But it doesn't do too bad of a job plowing.

Here is the RC binding oats at Heritage Park in Forest City, IA in 2005.  The third picture is what happens when you shut a hot tractor off in the field and it doesn't want to start again.   As you can see, I had plenty of help and advice - mostly bad.  After everyone cranked it for a while it finally started  just as the tow tractor arrived.  It was good entertainment for everyone involved.

I even will move houses with my RC.  Also at Heritage Park in 2005.

I don't have a picture of my new "shiny" plow in the field, but here is proof it also gets dirty.
